B18A1 or B18B1

i just was wondering what the difference is between a 91 B18A1 and a 95 B18B1. i would also like to no which one is better and why it is. also, is it possible to put a the head of the 91 B18A1 on to the 95 B18B1?

Go here HONDA SPECS. Why would you want to out the B18A head on a B block pretty damn pointless, besides the B18B is a better engine anyhow. Keep the B18B... very underrated engine.
