B18b Head On B18a?

what is needed to put a b18b head on my b18a(1991), i wanna get into 13's asap. tnight i went to track for the 1st time this year, best run was a 15.39 at 91.2mph. i stil wanna get cams cam gears and headers. all i have is CAI and exhaust.

dont bother swapping heads
get some cams
PnP the head
get a header (no "S")
if you plan to stay NA get some higher compression pistons
do some weight reduction
get some lightweight rims and good tires
get a close ratio tranny
get an SAFC or something to tune with

13s all motor is alot of cheese to mess with.... or you can add turbo to car with stock internal at high boost you can hit 14s (high and mid i think) and upgraded internal you should be able to hit 13 with no problem... or NOS
