i put in a new b18c1 that i bought off the internet, it came w new harness, ecu, trany, block, head, a whole swap. i hooked up all the connections n now it wont turn over, fuel pump wont turn on n the fan turns on, i have not put in any coolant because i want to hear it start first, would that be a reason why the fan comes on?, need help if any1 knows what would be the prob oh n the battery have 12.5 volts enough to at least turn
