B18c1 swap on 92 civic dx

I swap an JDM B18c1 on my 92 civic dx hatch. I started the car and it's start right away and idle good. I test drove it when i accelerate and reaches about 4000 to 5000 rpm the car bog (feels like it's stalling out) and then shuts down and it take a long time to start again. If u have any idea what's wrong please response?
