sounds like an uber-waste of money to me...

sleeve a GSR. get a real turbo and fuel, make 600 whp. the end.
 
don't destroke it, whe even bother with the shit that people started using the B17 crank in the b20 and then sleeve,

dude, ITR's run high rpm's all day long and they are just around the same R/S ratio as the b20b/z, like B said, sleeve the GSR.
