belt tensioner from an h23 accord

Hello all. I have a question about the h22 tensioner. I have heard I will need a special tool to hold the tensioner compacted for the replacement. Will I need this tool for the h23 tensioner that will replace it, or is this just for the h22. Also does anyone know the name and/or part # of this tool?
