bent wheel

hey i just got these rota slipstreams but i got them used. the guy told me they were scratch and i saw it. but later on i found out they were bent. its not bent from like running over something its more like bent as if he slid into a curb or something. so instead of spining like this, | it spins like this \ and/ but not as bad. does anyone know if that is fixable??

take em back to the guy who sold them to you and shove them up his ass. there are places that may be able to fix it, there is one here in the bay area.
