ok... what would be the best kind of oil to run in my 90 integra... i would think synthetic but if not... then what kind and if it is synthetic what brand would be best for my car ... thanks
 
worry less about what kind it is, and change it more often.

Maintenance is the key to long life.

That is a full on race oil. It is similar to Swepco, and some otheres, it is meant for long sustained high revs and high heat. A lot of spec miata guys run that oil, or Swepco in their cars.
At the moment in my civic I am running 10w40 as with 10w30 I was burning a quart of oil every 1000 miles, now I burn a quart every 2500 miles, at which time I add half a quart, and go 500 miles and change my oil.
