    im in the same boat... i dont really eat toast that much... but it IS a damn nice toaster

    i could probly leave it on a bookshelf and people will think its some art piece

    70 bucks isnt bad at all. That thing is over kill but pretty dang neat.

    I have a toaster in Europe that uses four quartz heating elements. It rocks.


    Long thin toasters like that are very european, you rarely see the double-wide (pun intended) style of toaster we have here in the US and A.

    Looks like a great thing for those who have limited counter space. I don't have as much as I'd like, and I have a fat daddy stainless side by side "bagel" toaster. I'm too lazy to put it away after every use, so it takes up its little plot of counter real estate. A thinner one would be nice.

    lol, all the bathing suits I bought while in europe showed less leg than what you can buy in wal-mart.
