Is anyone familiar with Block Posting?

Pros and Cons?

I'm shooting for 200~220whp on a boosted d16z6 on stock internals. Would it be useful to block post in my situation? Or would it be a waste of my time like i've read in the other threads about block posting.

Does OEM Honda Pistons have sharp edges to them that could be sanded down?
