I blew out my head lights after completing my d16 head b7 block mini me swap in my 92 4dr. It starts and drives but The timing seems to be off it boggs down after reving it like its gonna stall but it doesn't. I have all the nessecry markes matched up and i took it for a drive around my block and right away my headlights blew then i put on my high beams to see and they blew right when i got on my gas... Im so confused. I think my valve lash isn't adjusted right. My engine light comes on every few startups aswell but goes off when i shut the car off and restart it.. how do you tell if you bent a valve. I turned it over a few times before i started it up and it didn't seem to lock up at all. Also anyone have a good idea about a broken cam gear bolt, the bolt that holds the cam gear on broke off. should i tap and die it or what?
