I have been having trouble bleeding the brakes on my 93 accord with abs. since I removed the calipers and lost a lot of fluid, I have been unable to get the pedal to feel like it did before. I can pump the brakes to stop but one application puts the pedal way down. (yes, both reservoirs are full)

The abs system doesn't work on the car ( pump never runs and I can skid to stop if I pump the pedal up) There are no leaks

I have tried conventional bleeding many times and don't get any air.

I tried bleeding the maintenance bleeder (under hood) as if it was caliper bleeder with no success.

In the manual it says to bleed the abs system with an abs checker plugged in under the passenger seat. I don't have this tool and cant try this. Does anyone know if this just runs the pump and could be wired without the tool? (assuming my pump even is functional)

Thanks for any suggestions.
