i just ran into in issue with my build. the old breather chamber is no longer any good and i understand new ones are not expensive anywhere but i do not plan on using the pcv valve anyway. just a filter on the valve cover.

b18a1 with machined hole no threads.

is there a better replacement for the breather box itself.

i found something that looked like a good idea on theoldone.com but it seems that it was designed for a b18b1 without the machined hole and it used the pcv valve still.

HELP PLEASE!

It's not needed but it helps quite a bit. The breather on the valve cover will only relieve pressure in the valvetrain. The breather box on the back of the block relieves pressure in the crankcase. Two separate uses.

I used the Endyn one- but his is just a Moroso can with big fittings on it.

thanx, found one i think will work.

do you know what dizzy will work best with ls/vtec setup. obd-0,-1 ?
this is going in a 89 hatch but plan to use aem ems.
