Hello, I know I made a post already about header fitting issues, but I have another quick question.
I want to go the cheapest route to an exhaust for my 2000 GS-R, but I don't want it to sound like crap. I was wondering if anyone has had a muffler shop bend their own 2.5 inch pipe and have them install/weld a muffler that you already bought? Would there be sound issues? Meaning, would it sound raspy or something? I have found a skunk 2 exhaust for 420 shipped and since it was a good company and sounded pretty good thats what I was gonna get unless I can find an alternate/cheaper/better route.
