What is the settings for cam gears for high RPM... Is the ex side supposed to be retared and the intake advanced ....i have the head milled .20 and at 0 settings that make the gears running retared do to the head being milled....
 
dyno tuning is the best way to tell, however.. generally more power is seen by advancing the intake and retarding the exhaust cam on a naturally aspirated engine. i'd try +1,-1 and drive around for a while... then move them to +2,-1 and see what it feels like.. you are basically shifting your power band around the rpm range
