Camshaft Question

I did a search and didnt get any results so here it goes. I am going to build an all motor LS and put it in my integra. I read the 'LS All Motor Monster' article and it was helpfull, but I was wondering about the cams. If instead of the 'crower' 403 cam, would I get more low end tourque if I got the 402's instead? On the site it says up to 12hp gains, which is pretty good, considering the 403s get about 15-18, and I would be willing to sacrafise 5 or 7 hp to gain some of that low end tourque back. So would the 402's get me some low end tourqe back? Or are the losses with the 403 not even enough to really worry about?

I will go back to my friend who has the 404's. He thinks that he gained more drivablility around town vs his old stokers because with the 404's he made power everwhere, not just at higher rpms.

go with 403's for a minimum setup, 404 for a little more agressive.
