Can I mate an engine to a transmission that spins the opposite direction?

I need help, does anyone know if the RSX type-s tanny will fit on my b series motor? im looking to do a swap and need some help? or would it be easier to just swap out the motor and put a rsx type s motor and tranny in? let me know thanks.
