since i have a d16 in my 95 civic already, could i swap the transmission(5 speed), axels, ecu, fit on stock motor mounts, wiring harness, and other things and have it work perfectly. if not what would i need that i cant get from my D16? also, would i be able to swap out the d15b head with my d16 and get any performance increase.

also, i plan on boosting a d series. does the d15b have a stronger bottom end than the d16??

thanks,
-MIKE

BTW: my d16 has over 180,000 thats why i am considering swapping it then boosting. Is the D15B OBD1 anyway??

Yes, but not the ECU unless you swap the head over.

Some- the cam is hotter, but you would have to run two VTEC solenoids and run the JDM ECU. I would stay with your Z6 head and just swap the cam over if you can.

They're about the same. The D15B revs better though.

I think it's OBD1- call and ask. I'm pretty sure it was available as both OBD1 and 2.
