Can you guys tell me if im gettin ripped off

i have a 92hatch. auto. im doin the conversion. can you guys tell me if im gettin a good deal or ripped or what?
heres what i bought:
gsr dist.- 150
cap/rotor-25
pedel assem.shift linkage-60
obd1 pr3 j51 gsr ecu-100
integ. axles-120
EVERYTHING ELSE THEY ARE PROVIDING FOR $3370
B16A/ wit lsd 35000miles
warentee
its done in a day
new exedy stage 1 clutch
5"tenzo r tach

help me out guys let me kno if that sounds ok.... thanks

Personally I wouldn't get the PR3 ECU. If it is really a PR3-J51 it is an automatic ECU, unless they have converted it. It's also not a GSR ECU.
