Can ZC be suped up?

i made the mistake of putting a 2nd gen zc in my 91 si. is ther anything i can do to make it faster? any answers would ne nice. Thanks

Mistake........have faith, any motor can be fast. Its just a matter of money, time and knowledge.

my brother played around with a zc in his 91 hatch, he boosted it, then he just kept turning it up, had it all the way to 15 (spike 20) before it blew the head gasket (then sucked in coolant and bent a rod)
it was a quick little motor though when he had it at just 6-8lbs
