I cant find a place to pass smog ! and i have a STock HF motor, how do you guys with Swapped this and turbo that get your rides registered? i would love to know, and by the way if you didnt know i live in sunny California where its harder than any other state. so if anyone has any comments or ideas or anything to say, just reply, Im not sure if this is in any topic but i chose this one
 
What are your reasons for not passing? If you have a stock motor, replace your cat, make sure the car is well warmed up. Check your PCV valve, it is cheap so you might as well replace it. Check your air filter and make sure it is still clean (this is how my boss failed). Also consider replacing your O2 sensor (probably not the issue). The cat is the main thing to get looked at, and a new cat solves the problem most of the time.
