Car dies when clutch is pressed

I am wondering what can cause a car to die when the clutch is pressed. It idles fine in neutral but once the clutch is pressed it dies.

Maybe something to do with the clutch switch? Can you start the car without pressing the clutch in?

When exactly is it doing it? Starting, after driving, etc. ?

What would starting, not starting with the clutch pressed tell?

I only tried starting it with the clutch in, started right up.
Problem is when I am in neutral the car idles fine. Once I put the clutch in in neutral the car dies. Also, when I shift car doesnt die but if I hold the clutch and coast to a stop car dies.

Sounds like a bad throw out bearing.
