CEL Code Help

Alrighty, so I'm pulling the cell codes off and this is what I get. ! = light on for 3 seconds. = light off for 1.

I don't know if the long pause is between codes or to divide the ones and tens up. If it's a 10, and 20 code then what should I check for the 20, grounds? I already got a new IAT sensor but it didn't change anything even after resetting the ecu so I think it might be the circut for that. Any help?
I know my o2 sensor is bad, do you use a 4 wire o2 for obd1? Using a p28 ecu btw.

its just like morsecode

Long dashes are 10's
short dashes are 1's
and there's a break in the middle.

i'm guessing by your map its code 12? i dunno...

but how long are the long dashes suppose to be and how long are the pauses between codes and the ones between the tens and ones digits? I might be able to make a movie of it if that helps. The light goes on for 3 seconds, goes off for 3 seconds, turns on for 3 seconds, off for 1, then on for 3 again.

10's are about a second and a half long. 1's are abou 1/2 of a second long. pauses are about 2 seconds.

sounds like 2 codes... 10 and 13
