CEL code P1457

I have a '99 EX sedan 5-speed that has twice thrown the P1457 code for canister area EVAP leak. Which of the valves on the Evap system is failing?

I recently got the same reading after swaping a D16y8, still troubleshooting solenoid on intake mani., 2-way valve. Hoses & vac lines seem Ok. I can't think what else it could be. I was told canisters usually aren't the problem. Anybody for ideas?...
