im selling my 96 ex coupe, and i want to buy a 96 hb. what is the most desirable as far as wiring simplicity goes to swap in a b18 c1. i hear that the vx is vtec so that would keep the wiring down. is this true and if not which is the most desirable.

VX is wired for vtec, but it comes with a catch, the o2 sensor has to be rewired and a wire moved to another pin. So really, there is no "perfect" model. But the VX is the lightest, has, vtec, and the wiring is so simple, even I could do it. BUT IMO, you should keep your EK, and swap into the newer chassis.
