I have a Honda Civic Hatch EK9 it was AUTO but was CONVERTED to MANUAL and i threw a V-TEC head on it and a MANIFOLD on it also. It's running with a P28 ECU with the OBD2 to OBD1 jumper harness and it IDLE'S really weird.....WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM ???
