civic engine swap questions

I have a 1992 honda civic cx, with the 1.5l. I want to know what is the best yet cheapest way to get the most horse power out of it?

No wait...I was wrong...you could throw in a Dodge 8.3 viper engine!! 505 hp right off the bat, not to mention the 525 ft lbs of torque...oh yeah, you'd roast the 13" tires through 6th gear and not move an inch.
