Civic won't start

Just finished an engine swap with a b16a2, it was fine for 3 days, but has decided not to start. The engine check light is on, there is no spark, no fuel, all fuses are ok and I have checked all ground wires.

I used to hear the fuel pump kick in at the back of car, and check light went out...But not now.

Help is needed!!!!!!!

check the relay for the fuel pump.
can you pull the code for the CEL?


CEL comes on then goes off when you first turn the car on because its a self test to make sure all systems are go, if it dont go off then you need to check the code.
ecu could be dead.
