CL F22b swap in CB7

So there's an F22b in the Acura CL that's a SOHC VTEC but I can't find much information on it. How would it compare to, for instance, the JDM DOHC F22B (non-VTEC) in a 93 Accord 2dr?

It's the same engine that came in the 94-97 EX Accord, so look up the specs on that for more info...it's like 145 horses and 147 ft/lbs I believe...
