clean dirty head

hi i have a rebuilt head at my house and my mom put it under some stuff and powder got all over it. i was wondering what can i use to clean all that stuff its kinda stuck onto the metal. what would be good to use without messing up the head i am planing to put that head onto my car soon so i need it cleaned before i do that. thanks alot

pressure wash it I guess...all the water in there will go out the ports I would believe

I would just wash it off with water or pressure wash it and then spray is dry with air.. After you spray it with air, pour some oil or spray penetrating oil all over the rockers and cam(s) so that nothing rusts and put it on and go..
