I just about finished my auto to manual swap on my 1994 accord ex. I got the clutch mounted and all but after I bleed the clutch it has a lot of play in the top of the stroke, like too much free play. and it doesn't begin to have significant resistance untill the pedal is 80% through it's stroke. *I still haven't actual started the car or driven it yet* does that have anything to do with it? Also the pedal assembly needs to be supported from above and I haven't done that yet, so the assembly is flexing a little.

It's Hyrdo. The adjuster is maxed out. The car I removed all this from was my parts car, but the clutch felt way better then it does now and none the adjustments have changed since then. I am thinking it's a combination of the clutch assembly flexing and it not being bleed correctly.
