well my other computer won't boot up, well first it wouldn't even start at all like no power at all so i took it apart and cleaned all the dust up ect.. and put it back together and now my hard drives start up and start spin ect.. but nothin comes up on my screen... anyone have an idea what it could be think my video card is dead or mb toast? any suggestions or anything

check all your IDE connections and make sure that EVERYTHING is fully plugged in.

shouldnt be your videocard since DOS doesnt require a video card
EDIT: even if your VC is fried you still should get a power-up screen or your DOS boot or some markings on your screen
