well im new to the hondaswap stuff. im want to do a mini me swap i have everything i need there is only one thing i am confuse. is on the ecu part i have a 99 dx i was told is a obd2 and the best way is to buy the hardness and a p28, but p28 as the 92-95 ecu o can i just use mine and chipped it to a p28
