Yup. That's polyurethane. Same with body kits and a bunch of other goodies too. Different formulations will produce different properties, so don't think of it as just one type of material.

ps - yes i know goodyear is going to liscence it, but they'll sweep the market if they're good.

That sounds awesome, cheaper, and recyclable so you can do a core exchange? Good stuff, I hope it all works out. I used to live near a shop that burnt old tires, that shit is sooooo masty.
