Coolant coming into cylinder

I have an H22A w/ built bottom end. (resleeved by Bensons)

After thorough testing, we finally found out why I was losing about a cup of coolant a week. :(

There appers to be a leak where the expoxy glue is used to hold the sleeves in place, consequently coolant is leaking into the cylinders and is being combusted when the car is started up...(huge billows of white smoke when starting car)

Will the sleeves have to be taken off and "re-glued" back on the block? (sorry for my lack of technicality)

What is the usual remedy and turn-around for something like this?

Doesn't Benson warranty their sleevings? :(

unfortunately, this is all too common with sleeved blocks- not just one company, but all of them. Send it back. thats realyl all you can do.
