Yeah, I wouldn't have even written that guy a ticket. I mean come on.. his car slid out into traffic.
As far as him hitting something - don't assume that it was nothing important. He prolly hit a car and didn't give a shit to take responsbility .
Also, that was a VERY stupid pull over. He left his driver's side door at the rear of a car that was behaving very erratically, with tinted windows ? He could have been killed.
