CR-Vtec or B16a-turbo

Ok here is the story I'm going into the military and when I come back with some more loot I'm gonna buy a CRX Si but I cant decide what swap to do. So I though I'd come here and ask what you guys though would be a better decision. The car will be a daily driver but will be taken to the track for some track day/ Auto-x events. With the CR-Vtec I would probly only do header, intake, cam, cam gears and bolt on type stuff. But with the b16a-turbo I would spend a lot of time building it up for some health HP numbers like around 400HP. so what do you think would be the best route? money wont be a big issue. and I would like the car to be able to slaughter V8's cuz there are to many heads with camaro's and stuff in MI.

Well if you wanna slaughter V8's then go with the b16-t because most V8's only go fast in a straight line and cant keep up with a modded import with a good driver at the track.
