custom p13 for turbo h22a,secondary butterflies(iab)not activated,bad or good?

the computer isn't installed yet,i wanted to know is it bad or good with secondaries not activated?should i run a rpm activated switch or leave it that way until a professinal tuner can set it up properly?can it be left that way?h22a1 with 8.9:1 compression,stage 3 head,on 11psi.:confused:
 
p13's have IAB control built in. I don't see why this is an issue? just set it for like 4800 and call it a day.

with it off, you will loose power.... but it won't be "bad"
