Ok, this may be a weird one..we have a 97 civic dx we are putting an EX head on it..thats not the weird part..we are using a transmission off of an 89 crx si(D series) will we be able to use the factory 97 dx axles or will we have to use the crx axles, or will either of those work?

Why dont you try and put the OBD 0 B16 in it...that would be fun! :D

actaully we got one sittin here..and naw that wouldnt be to much fun..now if we had obd0 b16 with obd2 tranny it wouldnt be as bad..but seriously, any idea about what axles to use?

we did, now that little black civic is sittin on blocks with no motor and its in a little red crx

One thing about the tranny, its a 89 crx? That tranny's cable type, can't use it unless you have the hydro to cable conversion unit added on. This swap will get expensive. ;)

Dead thread resurrection = bad... plus this seems like a private argument between two people that could have taken place over the phone, or PM at the very least.
