new to honda scene. i have used the search but cant find the answers im looking for.
i have a 94 hatch with an 8 valve d15 with a blown headgasket. i didnt know it was 8 valve till i was working on it. i had already got a 16v head rebuilt ready to replace it.
questions:
1. can the 8v intake manifold bolt on the 16v head, no problem?
2. can i run the 8v cam on this head with no problem? (looks same to me except for more valves)
3. if not, where can i find a 16v cam and rockers?
4. will the cam timing marks be the same with a 16v cam?
im not looking for power, just gas mileage. thanks for the help
