d15b head help

i have a 91 honda civic hb. it has a d15b non vtec, if i went and took a head off a 92 civic with a d15b vtec, what all would i have to do to make it work?

I just want a vtec bad, haha. but i dont have the money ir know how to do a full swap.

if u dont know how to do a full swap, how could u perform a head swap and the neccessaary wiring to back it up? a full motor swap would be much easier.
