d15z1 92 vx engine and transmission

engine has 130k miles, runs perfectly, needs new o2 sensor, no oil leaks, no oil burning, 3k oil changes throughout engine life, owned by old woman before i acquired it, babied engine and transmission, no grinds in transmission, clutch in perfect condition. vtec-e, great for these rising gas prices...asking 700 obo...located in central georgia area
