D16A1 Valvetrain Upgrades

    Ok, I got the engine out of the 89 integra (D16A1) and am gonna drop it at the machine shop to be rebuilt. I'm keepin the bottom end stock cuz I want it to last, but I'd like to put oversized valves, some cams with higher lift/duration (nothing extreme), and stiffer valve springs to match the cams. What would you guys recommend I buy for cams/valves/springs, and are adjustable cam gears worth the money? Thanks for any advice.

    ok, looks like I'm just gonna rebuild it to stock specs, reliability is one of my main concerns so it looks like I'll be another one of those jokers with i/h/e and a racing sticker. :(
