d16z6 head into 1992 civic cx

I have a 92 civic cx hatchback that I recently purchased and was looking to install the d16z6 head...I have the head, the intake manifold, and the ecu...and am process of getting the distributor and wire harness...and was wondering if I needed anything else and if someone has done this head swap how difficult is it to do..? any info you can provide me will be greatly appreciated..
