d16z6 into 90 HF

Hey whats up

I was wondering, what ALL do i need to put a d16z6 into a hf, please list parts that you know of it would be greatly appreaciated. anyone done this? hard? Also what tranny would be the best? the one that comes with the z6 or ZC..and do you know where i can find that ect. What kind of ECU?

How difficult is it to put in Pistons/rods? something worth trying?
