so i got my d16z6 back into my 90 hatch
new rings, new valve seals, and i had the valves reground to stock spec...
i ended up trimming the rings with a dermel, everything went back together well
got the motor back in saturday night and did a start up, then sunday finished all the loose ends and took it down the road...
no knocking, no smoking...
i reassembled everything friday night and spun it over with a ratchet to pull a compression test and it came back pretty good for hand cranking...
drive it a bit to break it in then pull another compression test before i throw the turbo on it...
