D16Z6 vs. D15B

Does anyone know if there is a significant difference, or any at all for that matter, between the SOHC VTEC head on a USDM D16Z6 and the JDM D15B???

To my knowledge they are the exact same head (honda dealer lead). The JDM D15B is a hybrid engine. They used the Z6 head and the bottom end from a VX engine and made the JDM engine.

im pretty sure the d15b is the 3 stage vtec motor, it combines vtec-e and regular vtec

D15B is a d15z1 block (rods, crank) with weird dome pistons and d16z6 head
