well, ive never NOT gotten a package from FedEx. Thank god i insure things with UPS because ive not gotten my UPS orders multiple times...i only shop online (for anything other than food really) and ill gladly pay more for fedex if i can do it (cept when i ordered my tires...I needed em PDQ so i had to overnight with UPS).

Fedex is awesome. If your package is lost, it's simple. do this:

Get your boss
Call them.
Get their excuse, or where they tell you it is.
Hang up.
Call back.
Get their different excuse, or different location
Hang up.
Call Back
Get their different excuse or different location
Allow your boss to walk away with his hands in the air.

you are now free of any wrong doing.
