Difference between pwo and pr3?

hey i did some research and found thet both the pwo and pr3 were found in the most early first gen b16 cars the motor im planning on swapping is a b16a1 out of a integra xsi and i believe it was a pwo what is the difference between the two different fuel maps? vtec kicking in and out? redline? looking for some help what kind of ecu do u guys think i should use?

they are 99% the same thing.
but the pr3 will take better to chipping and re-programming.... and is easier to find and will probably be cheaper

one other question is pr3 jdm ecu the same as usdm? im assuming so but just curious

i do not think there is a pr3 usdm ecu. Just a jdm one coming out of the integra xsi. But please correct me if i am wrong.
