Different Wheel Sizes

ok i know most of you guys dont like 17" wheels, but unfortunately i have some on right now, my problem is I got a flat tire (front drivers side) and I put the stock steelie on, my question is since I have a 205/40/17 tire on the passenger side and a 175/65/14 drivers side, is this going to damage the tranny since the steelie would spin faster than the 17? I want to get rid of the 17s and get some 15 or 16 rota slipstreams. What size should i get? What tire size should I get? what kind of tire should I get, I will be doing some autoX and some drag.

go with 15s
you would have to look up the outside diameter of the tires to know how far off you are
throw all the steelies back on if your that worried about it

Do the math. Match the diameter of the new tire to your OEM equipment.
